Uncompromising precision
Precise work is a matter of course for us, both in the manufacture of tools and fixtures and in the production of components. In order to check the first-class dimensional accuracy of our workpieces, we use measuring fixtures as well as testing gauges and equipment. If these are not provided by our customers, we can also develop them ourselves, for example in steel, aluminum and lightweight materials.
Digital dial gauges are usually used to record the measured values.
With the help of our high-performance production technology, we are able to manufacture measuring fixtures as well as test gauges and equipment in almost all required dimensions. In this way, we meet even the highest quality requirements.
Manufacturing example: Test gauge
Task:
For an car-parts manufacturer, we developed a dual gauge for dimensional inspection of the outer trim of plastic components.
Challenge:
Highest precision and functionality despite great compactness.
Solution:
Dial gauge positions and clamping elements are arranged so that they do not interfere with each other at any point despite the compact size of the milling gauge. A circumferential gauge clearance area, together with a go/no-go pin, allows minimum and maximum dimensions to be checked. Added to this are digital dial gauges that allow measurements of the outside trim at predefined positions with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.

Prototyping

Toolmaking
We develop tools and fixtures adapted to the project requirements. For exceptionally precise components with flatnesses of ± 3 µm, parallelism of < 1/100 and surface finishes of Rz 2.
